  • School inspection level
    School inspection in the regional education boards is responsible for fulfilling immediate consulting, support, coordination and steering functions for the school type that is within their sphere of competence. The school inspection bodies in charge of schools and colleges for engineering, arts and crafts fulfil their task within the framework of the following key processes: regional educational planning, quality assurance within the framework of teaching and final exams, interface management between bm:ukk – regional education boards – schools, HR and resource management, quality management.

    The programme of the Austrian VET sector in the field of engineering, arts and crafts is implemented at bm:ukk level within the framework of the following key processes: strategic educational planning & curricula, interface management, resource management, legal and organisational framework conditions, quality management, communication and cooperation.
